God’s Bride

I will get right to the point. The church is not the bride of Jesus. The ‘church’ is the ‘Christians’ and they are the guest of the wedding and they must have an official invitation to attend and there is a strict dress code. The guest must wear white Lenin.

The origins of the teaching the church is the bride came out of the Roman Catholic church and then crossed over into Christian doctrine.

So who is the Lambs wife?

God’s bride is Jerusalem and she will become the ‘Whore of Babylon’ afterward God will replace the whore with a new bride “New Jerusalem”

If you read the whole chapter of Ezekiel 16 you will read a love story of how God found his bride. God fell in love with her and when she was a grown woman God made her his wife, he gave her jewels and royal clothing and even a beautiful crown. Then God’s bride started to commit fornication with her neighbors and God called her the faithless bride.

Throughout history, Satan has always wanted to have God’s bride for himself. Satan has been hard at work planning for the day he commits adultery with Jerusalem. Satan’s plan is revealed to us in the Seven Seals in the book of Revelation.

The Great Imposter

Satan will deceive God’s bride and her children by pretending to be the groom. Satan will send to Jerusalem a white horse and the rider will be wearing a crown and he will be called righteous and the holy prophet. The rider will deceive the whole world except the elect.

The False prophet will set up his kingdom and build his temple in holy Jerusalem. Then the world will worship the beast and take the prophets mark.

The False prophet will perform miracles before the beast and Jerusalem will become “Mystery Babylon” she will even murder her own children.

Finally, the real husband arrives and destroys the imposter and cast him into the lake of fire along with his monstrous beast image. Then the husband burns his adulterous wife to ashes.

Below, I will post scripture with commentary

The angels are God’s servants sent out to gather guest to attend the wedding. God invited Israel first but they wouldn’t come. God then sent other servants called disciples. But Israel killed them. Then God invited the Gentiles and they were happy to attend. However, one guest was not invited he sneaked in. He thought he was saved but he was a hypocrite and was kicked out of the wedding.

Matthew 22:1-14 And again Jesus spoke to them in parables, saying,
“The kingdom of heaven may be compared to a king who gave a wedding feast for his son,
and sent his servants to call those who were invited to the wedding feast, but they would not come.
Again he sent other servants, saying, ‘Tell those who are invited, See, I have prepared my dinner, my oxen and my fat calves have been slaughtered, and everything is ready. Come to the wedding feast.’
But they paid no attention and went off, one to his farm, another to his business, while the rest seized his servants, treated them shamefully, and killed them.
The king was angry, and he sent his troops and destroyed those murderers and burned their city.

Then he said to his servants, ‘The wedding feast is ready, but those invited were not worthy. Go therefore to the main roads and invite to the wedding feast as many as you find.’
And those servants went out into the roads and gathered all whom they found, both bad and good. So the wedding hall was filled with guests. And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment:
And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless.
Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. For many are called, but few are chosen.”

Matthew 9:15 And Jesus said to them, “Can the wedding guests mourn as long as the bridegroom is with them? The days will come when the bridegroom is taken away from them, and then they will fast.

John 3:29 He who has the bride is the bridegroom; and the bridegroom’s friend who stands by his side and listens to him, rejoices heartily on account of the bridegroom’s happiness. Therefore this joy of mine is now complete.

In the book of Revelation, we meet the bride.  ‘New Jerusalem’ and the invited guest.

Revelation 19:7-9 Let us rejoice and exult and give him the glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and his Bride has made herself ready;
it was granted her to clothe herself with fine linen, bright and pure”– for the fine linen is the righteous deeds of the saints.
And the angel said to me, “Write this: Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.

Revelation 21:9 Then came one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls full of the seven last plagues and spoke to me, saying, “Come, I will show you the Bride, the wife of the Lamb.” And he carried me away in the Spirit to a great, high mountain, and showed me the holy city Jerusalem coming down out of heaven from God

Now you can understand why Satan isn’t interested in setting up his beast government during the great tribulation in just any old city here on earth. He wants God’s Bride.
